Chest PA (eighty eight)

This patient had old shotgun (or whatever.) fragments all throughout his chest and abdomen. That is what those little white dots are on the left side of the chest.

Nasty fractures, xrays from yesterday and Friday.Collapse )

[mood |anxiousanxious]

i'm new here :) i was searching around on LJ for a community filled w/ fellow rad techers and i found this one! it doesn't look too active, but maybe that can change?

i'm graduating this june from OHIO STATE so i will have my bachelor's of science degree in radiologic technology. i really wanted my bachelor's and ohio state and one other school in ohio are the only schools that offer a BS in rad. tech...it's crazy!

since it's my last quarter the pressure is on to start studying for the registry exam. we have to take a test a week over the 5 different parts that the registry is made up of and then a 300 question long exam at the end of the quarter. we have to pass each one or else we don't graduate...ahh!

also, i have 3 more comps left to do and i really don't want to have to simulate them!

how are your programs set up? is anyone else close to graduating? i'm getting nervous and i would love to have some fellow rad techers to talk and relate to so add me as a friend if you want!

Registry questions [Dec. 9th, 2007|10:43 am]

When you were studying for your registry, what have you been using? I wonder if there are any question samples to download for free, just to get a taste of it. It is still 1.5 years away, I just wanted to see what is it all about...

Hey everyone!
Just wanted to say yesterday I got my ARRT Registry results and I passed with a 91, I'm so proud! :D

I want to highly recommend the Lange Q&A, it's pretty much all I studied from, and if I was confused about something in there I looked it up in my Merrill's or other textbooks to back it up.

Best of luck to all of you.

Just thought I would join and say hi, I'm in a sonography program in Minnesota, starting the second year (and thus clinicals) in the fall. Enjoying the program very much. Any other sonographers/ultrasound students on here? Ok, back to working on a paper for class....
